::Sakit pergelangan tangan+jari::

Carpal Tunnel Syndrom

penyakit ape ni ye?
actually tgh baca pasal perancangan pengajaran
terjumpa 1 site menarik pasal rancangan mengajar..tp yg lebih menarik post cikgu syazalina
tentang carpal tunnel syndrom yg terkene penyakit tu..
saje baca..pasal sakit pergelangan tangan...
sbb saye juge tgh sakit pergelangan tagn gak..rasa sbb bnyk presure kat tagn kanan ni laaa..

bila drive tgn kanan take over
bila menaip, tgn kanan lebey2 over jugak
pegang tetikus pun kanan juge..~ xpernah jumpe org pegang mouse tgn kiri..hihi :P
bila tdo, mesti nk bengkok tgn (alas tgn bwh kepala)

mcm melebihkan tgn kanan dari tgn kiri :D

tp xde la smp sakit cam die..so,saje wat exercise yg die tunjuk..rasa x sakit pulak..
so,cnfm la tu..bnyk presure sgt kat pergelangan tgn..huu..

update: hoo, dah pegi check kat pusat kesihatan,bukan CPS..alhamdulillah, sakit sbb mmg suka bg presure kat tangan kanan..efek -->lengan sakit,sakit belakang,pening kepala dan sakit jari sbb nerve terhimpit. cara nk cool down sakit ->rendam lengan +tangan dalam air suam 20minit 3 x sehari..

When doing these nerve gliding exercises, move directly through the positions 1-6, performing 5 "cycles" 3-4 times each day.
DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH PRESSURE OR STRESS ON YOUR THUMB IN STEP 6!
